Product Description With the Chef's knife, the back of the blade and cutting edge are slightly curved and tapers to a point, for which reason the Chef's knife is an all-purpose knife. The Chef's knife has a wide, strong blade which cuts meat, fish and vegetables. It is also suitable for chopping and cutting herbs, spices and nuts.
