Most shower mats are designed for bathtubs - long, narrow, and the wrong shape for a stall. This one is square: 21.6 x 21.6 inches (55 x 55 cm), sized to cover the standing area of a standard shower stall. The waffle weave is foamed, not flat. It gives underfoot instead of pressing back, which is a real difference on cold, hard tile. The open grid lets water run straight through to the drain instead of pooling under the mat, so it dries between uses. To install, clean the shower floor first, then rinse the mat and lightly wet the floor. Place the mat with the suction cups facing down and press firmly on each cup until it grips. Push and pull the mat by hand to confirm the cups are secure before stepping on. If it slides, lift the mat, remove excess moisture, and test again. Rinse after each use and hang to dry, or machine wash when it needs a deeper clean. Material is 100 percent PVC. Available in White and Beige. Broder MFG.
