- Tip: Hyper flash during initial test with engine off is normal. Flash returns to normal when the truck is running with lights turned on. Perform a final function check after installation is complete. Install the two resistors to brackets that are far away from the engine and high temperature. (Dielectric grease may cause poor contact, NOT recommended). Note: For some Chevy/GMC models, the turn signal/parking light may not work correctly due to the factory wiring design.
