The Grubs Midline 5.0 is an ankle-height wellington boot for anyone who wants the comfort and weatherproofing of a full Grubs welly without the height of one. In Green, it's built around 5mm Insu-Foam Ultra for all-round foot insulation and comfort, with a 6mm Nitrocell footbed whose million microscopic nitrogen bubbles insulate the foot from cold ground while giving a soft, athletic-shoe feel underfoot. Hexzorb technology in the heel absorbs shock on every strike, and the Underfoot Chassis gives a sure, stable platform over rough or uneven going. Inside, the Superdri lining wicks moisture away from the foot and resists fungus and rot, so it never takes on the damp, musty smell of a cotton-lined boot. The Trax outsole is designed to work with the natural action of the foot, giving reliable grip across mud, grass and stone. With a comfort rating of -20°C to +20°C, the Midline 5.0 is insulated and waterproof enough for cold mornings on the yard or out with the dogs, but low enough in the leg for everyday wear when a full wellington is more than the job needs.
