The DiffuLayer F Series hydrophilic PVDF membranes are made from high-performance polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), featuring naturally low protein binding and excellent chemical compatibility. These membranes are ideal for filtering a variety of bioproducts and aqueous solutions. Their hydrophilic property allows direct use with aqueous solutions without pre-wetting, making filtration operations convenient and efficient. The membranes are compatible with solutions in the pH range 1–8, but should not be used with strong organic solvents such as acetone, DMSO, THF, DMF, dioxane, or chloroform. They can withstand temperatures up to 90 °C, suitable for most laboratory and industrial sterilization and clarification processes.
