Locking bolts are used in indexing holes and serve for secure locking and precise positioning. Without additional tool insert, components can be reliably positioned or loosened. This means that locking bolts allow fast, repeatable positioning and thus ensures a high level of process reliability. Locking bolts can be used wherever components need to be positioned or locked quickly, safely and precisely. This locking bolt is equipped with a quick lock button. Material: sleeve. Stainless steel 1.4305. Push button Thermoplastic POM, red. Locking pin Stainless steel 1.4305, nickel-plated. Button Thermoplastic PA 6, black grey, matt. Assembly Screw length over spacer rings (EH 22120.) Adaptable. Operation By pulling the button, the locking pin is retracted and locked. The protruding red push button signals the locking position (locking pin retracted). By pressing the red push button, the locking pin springs back into the locking position. Notes: Button cannot be removed. Lock nuts are to be ordered separately.
